Overview
The Gearbox Parts module efficiently manages parts lists, ordering, stock control, and usage. Additionally, if enabled, it offers the capability to manage stock control across multiple sites.
Please contact
support@gearbox.com.au if you require Multisite Parts & Inventory option to be enabled on your account.
The Parts & Inventory module must be active on your subscription to add parts and inventory.
Adding Parts Manually
1. Parts may be added individually by clicking the Add New (1)

2. Add the Part Number (2) and Description (3) check the Stocktake Item (4) box if the part should be tracked for stocktake then click Save and Close (5)

Importing Parts
1. Parts lists/catalogues can be imported in bulk using the Gearbox import tool. Click on Import (1)

2. Click Download XLSX Template (2) once completed, click on Select File To Import (3)
Importing Parts - Part Import
Once the import is completed, you will receive an email with the results. If unsuccessful, the email will specify the errors with the import process.
