Overview
Gearbox prompts for services due based on kilometers/miles, hours, days, or any combination of these metrics. Checklists, intervals, and alerts are configured within
Service Groups, to which vehicles are then added.
Creating a Service
1. From the Main Dashboard click on Services (1)

2. Click Add New (2)

3. Enter in the Enter the required service information (3-7)

4. After entering the required service information, click Save and Continue (8) to proceed. This action will create a service, enabling you to print a Jobcard or complete it electronically on-screen (eJobcard)
5. In a service, you can add Service Notes (9). By clicking on the work orders (11), you will be able to add and link work orders to the service. Additionally, Wheels & Tyres (10) is our tyre graph, which simplifies selecting wheels that have undergone work
6. Gearbox allows you to add parts to your services, providing a convenient method for tracking the parts used on vehicles during servicing. Simply click Add Part (12), select the desired part, and once added, it will appear in the table below (13)
8. After completing the service, enter the date (15) and kilometres/miles (16), then mark it as Completed (17). Finally, click Save and Close (18) to save the changes made to the service

1. From the admin dashboard, click on Services (1)

2. Click on Due by Kms (2) to view the screen indicating the proximity of vehicles to their next service. Then, select one of the intervals (3-5) to initiate the completion of a service

3. This action will create a new service with the mandatory fields already entered (6). Simply click Save and Continue (7)
