Vehicle Reminders and Settings
Overview
Vehicle reminders is a helpful way Gearbox can notify you about up coming events for your vehicles by using Gearbox's Traffic Light Status.
Vehicle Reminder Settings
1. To edit Vehicle Reminder Settings, click on your User Icon (1) then click Settings (2)
If “Settings” is not visible in your menu, contact your system administrator to request access.
2. On the left-hand side of the screen scroll down and click on Reminder Settings (3)
3. You can modify/change settings by clicking on Value (4) and typing in the number of hours/days/kms
Reminders will turn Red when due in 5 days or less and Orange when due in 14 days or less. The Red colour will always override the Orange colour.
Vehicle Reminders
Vehicle Reminders can be set to expire in hours/days/kilometers. When adding or entering Vehicle Reminders there are two options one can be done in the Reminders Tab the other an be set in Vehicle Reminders.
Reminders Tab
1. Click on Maintenance (1) then click on Reminders (2)
2. From here you can Add New (3) reminders or edit existing reminders (4) by clicking on them
3. Once you have clicked Add New (3) fill out the necessary fields below (5-8) then click Save (9)
Vehicle Reminders
1. Click on Maintenance (1) then click on Vehicles (2)
2. Click on the asset (3) you wish set a reminder for
3. Click on Reminders (4)
4. Click Add Reminder (5)
5. Fill out the necessary fields then click Save (6)
