Supported File Upload Specifications

Overview

Documents can be attached throughout Gearbox if the documents module is enabled in your subscription. This feature is useful for uploading images for vehicles and Prestarts. While Gearbox accepts most image resolutions, it automatically resizes them to fit on the page. The file upload size limit is 15MB. Still and animated .gif images are supported.

Gearbox supports the upload of Excel Spreadsheets in .xls and .xlsx formats. Additionally, the supported image formats include JPEG (.jpg, .jpeg, .jpe, .jfif), GIF (.gif), and PNG (.png).



Documents may be dragged and dropped or located using the browse button.
