Service Jobcard Settings

Overview 

Gearbox printed Service Jobcards feature many configurable  settings to adjust the layout and content of the jobcard.

Change Jobcard Settings

1. Click your User Icon (1) then click Settings (2)

2. On the left-hand side scroll down and click on Service Settings (3)

3. The following features (5-8) can be displayed/hidden/adjusted by editing the Value (4)

  1. Display Service Parts(5) - Displays the parts selected in a service
  2. Display Service Type(6) - Change to True or False to hide the large Service Letter 'A/B/C/D/E'
  3. Service Blank Lines(7) - To adjust the number of blank rows for notes 
  4. Service Labour Lines(8) - To adjust the number of rows for labour hours 
  5. Service Open Repairs(9) - To stop outstanding repairs from appearing on service jobcards
  6. Service Open Tyres(10) - Displays All open tyre jobs on service job cards
  7. Service Parts Blank(11) - To adjust the number of blank rows for notes
  8. Service Tyregram(12) - Displays the Tyregram on the service jobcard
