Procon Fleet Locate Telematics Integration

Overview

Gearbox connects with Procon nightly to collect mileage and hour readings to update services due and calculate running costs. Meter readings imported will appear under the Odometer tab for a vehicle.

To configure this integration, you'll need to login to Fleet Locate and capture the serial number for each Vehicle, then add that number against the corresponding Vehicle in Gearbox.

1. Click your User Icon (1), then click on Settings (2)

2. On the left-hand side of the screen, scroll down and click on Integrations (3)

3. Scroll down until you reach Procon Telematics, check the Integrate Procon (4) and Get Odometer Values Nightly (5) boxes then enter your Username (6) and Password (7) click on Connect Vehicles (8) and Get Readings (9)

Leave the Extended Data Feed Password blank unless you are using LogChecker Live Analytics. Click Save.

4. Login to your Fleet Locate account and browse to Vehicles (11)

5. Click on the Vehicle you wish to integrate with Gearbox and copy the Device Serial Number (12)

6. Locate the vehicle in Gearbox and paste the Serial Number into the Procon Object Number (13), then click Save and Close (14)

7. Readings imported overnight will be identified by a red Procon badge to identify the source of the reading
