Syncing Prestart

Syncing Prestart

Overview

Prestart automatically uploads all data (Prestarts, Faults etc) to Gearbox as soon as the checklist or form is completed. Prestart can be still used offline when internet access is not available.  Users are notified with the following message when a sync  (upload to Gearbox) is not completed.

Prestart will send a push notification to remind you that there is unsync'd data and also show a badge on the Prestart icon.

Prestart will automatically attempt to upload any offline data to Gearbox when the app is next opened.
To manually trigger a sync in Prestart, click on the rotating arrows icon to initiate a sync.
