Prestart Group, Subgroup and Vehicle Type Filters

Prestart Group, Subgroup and Vehicle Type Filters

Overview

Gearbox and Prestart allow a business to limit the vehicle list that a Prestart user (Driver/Operator) can select from in the app. This can be beneficial for fleets with mixed equipment like trucks and mobile plant where the truck drivers don't require access to plant equipment and vice versa. This feature is also helpful for large businesses where drivers will only ever conduct Prestarts on specific sites or divisions. Reducing the vehicle/asset list for a Prestart user lowers the risk of selecting the wrong asset.

This feature is available from Prestart version 1.7.1
Note: Your system may be labelled differently to the below example as Gearbox allows you to rename Vehicles, Vehicle Groups and Vehicle Subgroups
