Nextgen Integration
Overview
Gearbox can import odometer readings from scheduled reports/emails from NEXTGEN.
This feature has been superseeded by Gearbox Teletrac Navman TN360 and Director integrations. Contact Teletrac Navman for information on which integration is correct for your fleet.
Nextgen Integration
1. Click on your User Icon (1) then click Settings (2)
2. On the left hand side scroll down and click on Integrations (3)
3. Scroll down to Nextgen, click Integrate Transtech (4), enter in a Gearbox user to receive import results (5) then click Save (6)
At this point, you will need to configure in Nextgen the meter reading report to be sent to the email address supplied on the Nextgen integration page in Gearbox.
