Gearbox exports Purchase Orders into MYOB through API, enabling seamless synchronization of data between the two platforms.
1. Click on your User Icon (1), then click on Settings (2)

2. On the left-hand side of the screen, scroll down and click on Integrations (3)

3. Scroll down until you find MYOB, and click Connect to MYOB (4)

4. You will be taken to the MYOB website and prompted to enter your login details (5)

6. You will be directed back to the Gearbox Integration page. Select the desired Account Type (7), fill in the MYOB Account Number (8), select the Vehicle Job Format (9), enter your Username and Password (10), and then click Save (11). Click on Select Company File (12) to choose the appropriate company file to export.
The Account Number and Type must correspond to an Account record in MYOB. In addition, the chosen Purchase Order Vehicle has to correspond to a job record in MYOB.

7. Click on Select Company File (12) to choose the appropriate company file to export.

8. Navigate to the Purchase Order you wish to export to MYOB, click Export to MYOB (13)

9. If there are any issues with the export, an error will pop up on your notifications with more information. Contact support for assistance if you are unable to resolve the error.
