Maintenance Dashboards
Gearbox offers a number of dashboards in which certain areas can be customised, the system default is the Admin Snapshot.
Admin Snapshot
This dashboard type provides the overview and summary of your entire fleet of vehicles and assets. For further information on this Dashboard click here.
My Assigned Work Orders
This dashboard-type displays all work orders (Services, Repairs, Tyres, and Inspections) assigned to your Gearbox user. For further information on this Dashboard click here.
All Open Work Orders
This dashboard provides an overview of all open Services, Repairs, Tyres, and Inspection work orders. For further information on this dashboard click here.
Starred Notes
This dashboard provides Gearbox users with an overview of all Service, Repair, and Tyre work orders that contain a Starred Note. For further information on this dashboard click here.
Maintenance Calendar
This dashboard is a redirect to the Services Schedule which allows users to organise and arrange open work orders and other items for their fleet. For further information please click here.
