Komatsu Komtrax integration
Overview
The Komatsu Komtrax integration enables automatic importing of hour readings from Komatsu Komtrax every night. Gearbox utilises these mileage and hour readings to update services due and calculate running costs. Imported meter readings will be displayed under the Odometer tab for each vehicle.
Komatsu Komtrax Integration
Please speak to your Komatsu Komtrax Account Manager/Sales Representative for your Subscriber ID, and for an API username and password.
1. Click on your User Icon (1) located in the top right corner, then select Settings (2).
2. On the left-hand side of the screen, scroll down and click on Integrations (3).
3. Locate the Komatsu integration. Enter your Subscriber ID (4), Username (5), and Password (6) provided by Komatsu. Click on "Integrate Komatsu Komtrax" (7), then select "Get Readings" (8). Once completed, click Save (9) to finalize the integration.
