Import Smartrak Mileage and Hour Readings

Overview

Gearbox enables users to import Smartrak Mileage reports directly into the Odometers section.
Before initiating the import process, please ensure that the Smartrak file contains, at a minimum, the following headers: "Date", "Resource Name", "Current Odometer (km)", and "Current Hour Clock (Hours)"

Smartrak Import 

1. Navigate to the Odometer section by clicking on "Odometer" (1).

2. Click on Import (2)

3. Select the file you wish to upload by clicking on "Select File to Import" (3). Once the file is chosen, click on "Import Smartrak" (4) to proceed.

4. Gearbox will send an email confirming the import's success or detailing any encountered errors.
