Fuel Credit Report

Overview

Gearbox offers a Fuel Credit Report designed to track Fuel Tax Credits, covering On-Road, Off-Road, and Auxiliary Fuel Credit categories. This report is regularly updated in accordance with the ATO's Fuel Tax Credits regulations. Before generating the Fuel Credit Register report, it's important to configure several prerequisites.

Fuel Type Configurations

Note: Only Gearbox users with permissions to the Settings area will be able to make these changes.
1. Click on the User Icon (1) then click on Settings (2).

2. On the left hand side scroll down and click on Fuel Types (3).

3. From here you can Add Fuel Types (4) change Credit Claimable (5) and Delete (6) fuel types.

Asset Fuel Configurations

1. Click on Vehicles (1).

2. Select a vehicle you wish to Configure (2).

3. Click on Settings (3).

4. Select Fuel Type (4), then select Fuel Credit Category (5), then click Save and Close (6).

Generating Fuel Credit Register Report

If the Fuel Credit Category has been configured for the vehicle, it will be displayed on the Latest Fuel Entries page. See the example below:

1. Click on Fuel (1).

2. Click on Reports (2).

3. You can use Group/Subgroup and Type filters (3), select a Date Range (4), then click the PDF button to generate the Fuel Credit Register report (5).
