Create Prestart Records (Manually)

Overview

For customers that wish to upload paper-based Prestart checklists, these can be uploaded by creating Prestart records. Please see steps outlined below.

The Documents module must be active on your subscription to upload documents.

The delete button will only be displayed to Gearbox users with Admin permissions in the Maintenance module.

Create Prestart Record

1. Click on Prestart (1)

2. Click on Add New (2)

Manual Prestart Records - Last 7 Days By Vehicle

3. Select the Vehicle (3), enter the Prestart Date (4), Input the starting Kilometers (5), and Specify the number of Prestarts Completed (6) for cases where a single prestart record is used for multiple Prestarts, If the Prestart was completed in a book, enter the Page Number (7), choose an Employee (8), Indicate the number of Prestarts Not Completed (9) for cases where a single Prestart record covers multiple Prestarts, Use Not Used (10) to signify that the vehicle was not used, but a Prestart record is still required, Once done, click Save and Close (11)
