Adding Mass / Maintenance Accredited Assets

The steps listed below outlines how to add a vehicle in NHVAS Maintenance or Mass accreditation.

• This feature is not relevant for customers based in New Zealand.

• To view accredited vehicles the Compliance module must be enabled on your Gearbox subscription

1. On the Current Assets page click on a vehicle you wish to add accreditation details.
   
2. Click on the Compliance tab, then enter the Maintenance and/or Mass Entry Date to set the vehicle as accredited.
   Below is a list of other relevant fields:
   1. Maintenance Entry/Exit Dates: Enter the dates the vehicle entered and exited Maintenance accreditation
   2. Mass Entry/Exist Dates: Enter the dates the vehicle entered and exited Mass accreditation
   3. NHVAS Label Number: Enter the NHVAS label number assigned to the vehicle
   4. Intercept Book Number: Enter the intercept book number assigned to the vehicle
   5. Accreditation: select an additional Accreditation to the vehicle, configurable under Settings.
   
3. Once details have been entered click on Save and Close to save changes made.
   
4. Navigate to the Accredited Vehicles page to view vehicle accreditation details
