Training Types

Overview

Gearbox allows you to add and edit the Type values in Employee Training records. Use Training to record employing training and add expiry dates to be notified on the dashboard and traffic light when it's time for renewal.

1. To add or edit Training Types, click on your User Icon (1) then click Settings (2)
If “Settings” is not visible in your menu, contact your system administrator to request access.

2. On the left-hand side of the screen, scroll down and click on Training Types (3), it will then take you to the below screen where you can Add New Type (4), Edit an existing type by clicking on it (5) or Delete (6)

3. Once you have clicked Add New Type (4) you will be taken to a new screen where you can enter the Training Type (7) then click Save (2)
