Non Conformance Types

Non Conformance Types

Overview 

Gearbox allows you to record Non Conformances for Mass , Maintenance and Fatigue Management as well as allowing other NCR types to be added. NCR Type including the keywords "Mass" "Maintenance" and "Fatigue" will be includied in the related quartlery compliance reports.

Adding Non Conformance Types 

1. Click your User Icon (1) Then click on Settings (2)

2. On the left-hand side of the screen, scroll down and click on NCR Types (3)

3. From here you can Add New Type (4), edit existing NCR Types (5) and Delete (6)

4. Once you have clicked Add New Type (4) enter the label for the Non Conformance (7) and click Save (8)

Entering Non Conformances

1. Click on Compliance (1) then click on Non Conformances (2)

2. From here you can Add New (3) or edit (4)

3. Fill out the necessary fields below, this details why there was a Non Conformance, Once all fields are filled click Save (5)
