Diary Pages
Overview
Gearbox has the option to add
employee/driver Diary Pages into your system. To create a Diary Page
record in Gearbox please see below.
Note: The full Employee module must be part of your subscription to add Diary Pages.
Adding Diary Pages
1. Click on Employees (1), then click on Diary Pages (2)

2. Click Add New (3)

3. Select an Employee (4), enter in the Diary Page Date (5), then enter in the Diary Page Reference (6), click Save and Continue (7)

4. Click Add Document (8)

5. Drag and drop an image into the box or browse for the image (9)
The Documents module must be part of your subscription in order to upload documents/images to Gearbox.Adding Diary Pages - Drop & Drag Files
6. Once downloaded click Close (10)
7. The document will now appear as shown below (11), click Save and Close (12)
