Gearbox Updates 21/09/22

The bug fixes listed below will be released over the course of this week. Please note that screenshot samples may vary slightly compared to final implementation.

Bug Fixes

1. MYOB Greentree export - the tax status in the Greentree export was not referencing the tax setting (inclusive/exclusive) for the related purchase order item.

2. Inspection ejobcard signatures - when signing an inspection ejobcard, signatures that ran outside the signature box were not being saved.

3. Stock adjustment imports - imports that failed due to the "Label" column not being unique were not notifying users or sending them an email that explained why the import had failed.

4. Compliance permits - when adding a new permit, the vehicle field is required but there was no error message to inform users who had left it blank and then couldn't save the record.

5. Employee ID number - employee records added to Gearbox via an import were being given duplicate ID numbers instead of unique numbers.

6. Parts module permissions - users with Read Only permissions for the Parts module could not see purchase orders attached to service or repair records. The permissions have been updated so that Read Only users can see linked purchase orders on the service or repair record, click on the link and view the purchase order record.
