Gearbox Updates 19/06/23

The enhancements and bug fixes listed below will be released over the course of this week. Please note screenshot samples may vary from final implementation.

Enhancements

1. Converting a load sheet to a mass verification - From the load sheet view in Gearbox, a button has been added to create a mass verification record. The vehicle and weight information on the load sheet will automatically transfer to the newly created mass verification.

2. Multiple photos for faults - Multiple photos can now be attached to a fault report raised in Prestart native so that mechanics have a better view of the issue.

3. Importing reminders - Vehicle and employee reminders can now be imported into Gearbox. This is useful when a large number of reminders need to be created. Each import page has a list of formatting requirements for each field and an XLSX template that can be used.

4. Repairs API endpoint - An additional GET endpoint for a paginated list of repairs has been added to Gearbox's public API. For additional information, please click here.

5. My Assigned Work Orders - This dashboard has been redesigned with the four tables for services, repairs, tyres and inspections merged into one. The default ordering of the table is by Date Scheduled then Date Open, but can be changed to be ordered by any of the columns.

Bug Fixes

1. Review reports - Subgroup filters were not applying correctly to PDF reports on Reviews.

2. Ejobcard sign off - We have fixed a bug that was enabling users with Internal Mechanic permissions to sign off as Manager on an ejobcard.

3. Error messages - When attempting to delete a service group or part with associated records, a continuous loading screen was appearing instead of an error message advising that the record can't be deleted due to linked records.
