A Single Vehicle Consolidated Readings Report has been added to
Gearbox. It is in XLSX format and shows all of a vehicle’s meter
readings from Services, Repairs, Tyres, Fuel, Odometer, Inspections and
Load Sheets. This report should help companies to evaluate a vehicle’s
utilisation over time. To access the report, go to the Current Assets
table, select a vehicle, then click on the Odometer tab. The report can
be found in the top right of the screen.
Bug Fix
There was an issue when converting a record with a negative cost
value into a purchase order that was creating purchase orders with cost
and tax fields showing $0. This issue has now been fixed.
