We’ve had quite a few requests to rename the “Accidents” section to different names such as “Incidents” or “Events”. The label “Accident” is now a setting in Gearbox and can be updated in Settings > Parameters section to be the best-suited name for your business. We’ve also added an “Accident Type” filter to improve searching through records in the list.
